In fairness to geffa we've been telling ourselves and expecting a mass re-rate for years based on value of land holding vs market cap.
It hasn't happened to date, and in the meantime the only people making any coin have been those handed options & participating in CR's.
So we're all pulling for this to be the company changer we've been waiting for, but I can relate to the cynicism of a long term sufferer!
