I think that we weren't targeted for a takeover etc was more macro. Oil was on the nose last year and no one was doing acquisitions or drilling new wells. Probably why we also had difficulty finding funding for Jewell. But now Macro has changed and people can see the massive resource we are sitting on. Who's to say that once we prove up Jewell that we won't be the target of one of the big players.

Especially now that we can demonstrate putting a well in the ground and we're not going to be a distressed seller stuck with leases that we can't afford to drill. I'm still excited by the real estate pillar. It may come back into play with the shifting of sentiment.
