SPX had a mkt cap of over 150M and was going much higher when the news broke that would put VMC at around $1.27 on a win - they could complete a CR at a $1 for a quick 10 million and still hardly have any shares on issue or 50 million at $1 and complete a takeover of both SPX and RXL -

IMO VMC have a very strong case the share price has broken out of it's downtrend and is looking to go up any good news will send it up to around 0,25c any great news much higher IMO only -
