The RXL research report says $30K is all is needed is the electric motors replaced. But even if it was a few million that is a trifle compared with the cost of building a new mine from scratch. As well the Younami mine needs no new licences/approvals/ environmental studies. There is also accommodation and an airstrip. Using Younami is the key to low cost of production, against borrowing $100m paying interest and waiting a couple of years. But why think about the mine, funding Supreme court proceedings and likely appeals over the next 12 months or more should focus your minds, and the CR to pay the lawyers picnic.
