Perhaps I should have been clearer that it is the reasons for the trading halts and suspensions that indicate business risks. Keep your "news flash" for another time.
Risk has many components - some risks have been reduced, some have just increased. In any business or investment courses you might do they will tell you that management is the biggest risk for a small cap company. Unfortunately this risk has just increased further by releasing dodgy information to the market.
I don't need to get my statements from anywhere.
