Now obviously the road system around the Wattle Dam mine is definitely one aspect of that infrastructure. Would there be any other infrastructure items there that would be useful in some way ?

If one was looking to establish a new mining operation, it helps to utilise existing mine development to reduce costs. Some rehab and dewatering costs incurred, but $$$ saved if you don't need to start from scratch.
