The project is Modular in design so it can be increased and decreased in size at will.
This will transfer across into the CAPEX respectively also.........
Now I think maybe instead of a 9000 TPA (@ $200 Mil Capex) output what about a 5000(@ $110 Mil Capex ??) or even 2000 TPA (@$50 Mil Capex???) output to start of with ???
Could we get Finance for a smaller Project the using the Modular design ramp up (Expand) from there!
But with such good numbers I think finance will be found also @ 9000 TPA Project.
