Nobody can answer that question because nobody knows at this stage what financial structure could be put in place for finance .
If you had a block of land with gold on it and had an irr of 50.8% if developed but you couldn’t afford to develop it yourself , would you just sell it for a low ball offer or offer terms to someone who could whereby you both could make a lot of money .
Seeing you are the financial guru , which would you chose.
