VXL may be in the same province the "Graphite Pialbra of Australia", but in AXE's opinion they have superior if not different gear to VXL and so are funding for graphene use specifically to the AXE product.

So if the uni research shows or develops a same process for using VXL,AXE or even Mozambiqan graphite? then AXE may well lose a unique selling point.

So it's independent research in graphene using specific company graphite product.
I think it is also a push for a home value added New Industry to be encouraged/subsidised in graphene production of product. Replace the Car Industry sort of thing.
