This result is very positive NAF.
applying yields as above, the overall yield would be 94% !!!
I have used 65% on my Locky's cost analysis, and that was already proving a monstrous NPV. If we apply 80 or 90%, let alone 94%... no wonder why JB calls it "exciting".
The PFS will be simply orgasmic.
