I think you're right though long term the story will be a good one, but Mr Market has been a bit slow to click on (the only thing I can put E25's current price down to)

E25 is not quite a heap leach operation... I get the similarity with the leaching but I don't think are entirely comparable in that sense.

good time to get back in right now. Price is around the acquisition of Nifty price .. and yep for sure different process but slight similarities.

Locky, don't know what they refer to with pickle (typically a acid solution + salt). From my research acid only doesn't work, needs to be in a reductive environment hence addition of a reducing agent, common ones are sucrose, glucoe, corncob, molasses, sawdust, waste tea, oxalic acid, H2O2 and SO2.

as said before, I would have like to have seen more optimisation graphs, based on acid conc, reagent concentration, ground size, ORP, and temperature.

flyer got a good point, the graph shown is for results at 90C. We won't operate at this temperature. However we do have an exothermic reaction here and T will rise, so I will give benefit of the doubt, but reaction kinetics are highly dependent on T. I have seen other projects with 60C and similar leaching recoveries so this doesn't bother me much.

were these optimisation tests done at Csiro? Equipment looks run down... hahaha. Time to buy new gear...

if we aren't going to operate at 90 degrees Celsius then I'm confused why they chose to share this info? It can only be to show very quick leach times to include in the presentation.

kinetics increase with temperature for sure. From a little research I found it is not uncommon to leach at a higher temperature 70-90 degrees. But I'm not sure this achieved at ambient temperatures with no addition if a power source for heat.

I struggle to believe that the exothermic heat brings the overral temperature up by that much. The heat generated from the chemical reaction I'd expect to see around 60 degrees but not 90. I wonder what the extraction time would be at 60? Surely they have tested it. Could be they needed more heat and therefore had to use more reagents and not another heat source. Who knows.

Without knowing what reagents they are using it is hard for people like us to know. Could be worth contacting the company as it could be a big expense paying for a heat source i.e electricity during production?

On the other hand management have been experimenting with all kinds of parameters and volume of reagents so I'm going to say they are progressing well and we will have more info in due course and the figures from these published tables should only get better from here.

By optimizing this early on will set us up for a great deal of success.. It seems they have found a cheaper less harmful reagent that still provides a high extraction rate and low reaction times.
