    Was it a conflict that the Min Res CFO was on the board of RDG:

    When RDG was being loaded up with debt from Min Res?

    And was it in the best interest of RDG shareholders to give up a majority stake in the company to take the manganese assets that Min Res offloaded to them?

    Yes, maybe a class action against Min Res/RDG..
