Now those who are selling at 4c are pretty smart. You can't have both. Is it smart to hold or to sell right now?

It depends on your outlook. If you hold your options, you have the same (or similiar) exposure without spending the additional 6c. You have less liquidity of course and can't participate in any further rights/options etc which are pretty unlikely. If you are bullish on the price, then your sentiment earlier was probably more on the money.
