i havent looked at the 3x NRs yet...
are you saying they didnt exercise any of the previous options at all?
[ the share price was under the exercise price near the expiry date so cant blame them too much... ]
and they did sort out an underwriting deal for them anyway...
but i agree the more skin in the game for the directors the better it is...
