re: Ann: High Quality Coking Coal Properties ... There's a lot of properties to coal and its pricing is very complex.

From the little I've read ...

Hard Coking Coal fetches the highest price , it's the premium coking coal ... then followed by soft coking coal.
Apparently soft coking coal fetches a higher price than semi-soft coking coal.

anyway ..
It's not all about the coal quality - and I'm happy with what I've heard thus far.
The most important thing here (to me) is -
We need to find a large resource that's near the surface - as mining costs are equally important.
