we could possibily see the "Volatility Bubble Burst". if so one might see the 40's fairly quickly.

LIBOR is slowly declining, which is an encouraging sign for the credit markets. Longer-term rates have been falling for two weeks but are still tighter than short-term lending rates.
VIX: 66.96 Change: -13.10 (-16.36%)The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index sank sharply as a soaring Dow increased the sense of certainty in the marketplace.
TED Spread: 2.7031 Change: -0.0426.
The TED Spread edged lower to end the day as prospects for corporations were seen in a better light.
