I was wondering the same thing. I don’t know how close her property is, but if it’s in visual range, she may simply and selfishly not want the ‘look’ of growing fruit next to an industrial plant.
I hate it, but get it may effect her bottom line in the future.
My tin foil hat also can’t rule out the competitive players / underbelly theory.
From the recent language ASN have been working hard to pre-empt these concerns. Here’s hoping the team have the smarts and resources to navigate it swiftly.
