the $64 million is, can DRE turn this thing around, from 1.8c to something closer to at least 8c-10c before we run out of cash and or have to do a massive C/R that will dilute existing holders, can it happen?

Im not talking about the next 10-20 yrs, because sure the RESOURCE could one day get developed, i know how this sector works, companies come and go, they change names, they re constitute themselves, they swap assets around like used car dealers swap cars around, who knows what company it will be that EVENTUALLY develops some of the assets DRE currently controls down the ages, im talking the next 1-2 yrs before DRE go belly up, and another company picks up our assets for cents in the dollar.
CAN THE DRE SHIP TURN AROUND IN TIME? or will DRE be another titanic to add to my list?
