out of the 67 trades so far today as at 12.20pm, only SEVEN are legal, as in over $500 in value, as per the ASX rules, but those rules only apply to the great unwashed like me, try placing a 30 million buy order at 0.001 of a cent, let me know how you go
ASIC and the ASX need to being investigated by a higher authority, but sadly, that doesn't exist
