As Triggy loaned the $150m it wouldn't surprise me that he just takes over the Board seats and converts it to shares. Timing important as he wants the concentrator built 1st so he has a tangible asset before committing IMO.

Also interesting that sp went up 20+% very quickly around 3pm. Settled up 16% at 2.1c (back in the money. Haha)
