After reading the prospectus of the offering I find it too much like a pig in a poke yet it is amazing that two lead cornerstone investors would much prefer to undertake such a high risk gamble into WSR when NEA is imo a better lower risk investment with much better prospects while earning real money now from real customers.

I wonder if the cornerstone investors might also be considering buying into NEA or possibly already have a holding in NEA or might even be considering switching their proposed contribution to SF into NEA instead ? I'm also puzzled why the cornerstone investors would commit so much money into WSR and one even claiming they have 11% ownership in SF in their Website and basing that investment just on what is available to WSR shareholders before the prospectus was issued to the public? The whole matter is very puzzling to me. but as usual DYOR
