Don't rule out them issuing replacement oppies given the current holder base of the options.
Replace them with identical options with same terms but one year later expiry and issue for say 0.5c each. That would raise $700k alone and in my opinion guarantee conversion over the next 12 months with a steady stream of funds reaching the company upon conversion.
