I like a number of aspects - the Shandong pedigree, a drive to value add, Australian geo expertise, increasing knowledge of local rules, growing JORC, a C&M mill only requiring refurbishment (cost?) and an evolving relationship with a smart and motivated Horizon team who have a point to prove. These other than POG.
Mix with time and patience, then stir. Hang on tight folks and note that is a journey, so there will no doubt be hiccups.
