I think the name change was to cover up the past too. Definitely a class action if this company was worth pursuing. I think back to the phone call I received in regards to a cap raise "we have a new ceo, not the same company". I'm guessing Mr Pine either has no contacts that wants to deal with him or is just sitting on the board with no interest. Also anyone on the board that isn't buying on market now can go, some have ZERO shares. On a positive note, I do like the recruitment of Finbar in Europe...I wonder if he could step up as US CEO? He's held higher up positions in the past and for god sakes this place needs someone with new ideas on how to sell some armour. Lastly, would Slavich come back for a short stint to get a few Ukraine deals done...maybe sell the write off stock at cost.
