Setting up a Poland Warehouse that obviously never got much if any use while not as bad as the Virolen's fiasco under Phillipe is still a sign of poor execution of a strategic plan. More importantly having a poor result in an environment where sales of body armour should be almost selling themselves is pretty poor. He had to take responsibility as CEO and go.
