market cap below 20m. blood bath but one order out of the blue could make all the difference. funding for Israel and Ukrain is through, who knows what could happen. and we should get anouncement regarding plant setting up in us soon. poor resource management over stocking but I suspect they wanted to get ahead of the curve before the plant move. I'm thinking an expected order also failed to come through. I think they could have better worded the release. they really set the table for this collapse. but at this price there's also opportunity, not saying I'm buying here dropped some at .19, holding the rest to see what plays out.
