Don't you mean lower sales because they won't need as many gallons?
This announcement just shows how far they are away from actual decent sales. The testing for the other GOTs hasn't even started and then chuck another year on top of that for individual trials for the states.
It perplexes me why they need a better concrete? Why not make that from the beginning? Why has this change come about? I wonder if they'll sell this one for less?
This announcement confirms we will see a CR in the future and probably confirmation the SP is going to get smashed this week.
