I remember reading somewhere, that the time constraint in manufacture is to do with the cnt production. The mixing is quite quick and if there is enough dry stored cnt available, then turning out finished product is a rapid turn around.
If that is the case, I believe that the value per gallon would be directly related to the number of cnt(s) in the mix.
Also the testing that has been carried out must have been done with specific numbers of cnt(s) per gallon and therefore the number of gallons per cubic metre.
The specification for mixes would be precise and repeatable in order for suppliers to provide warranties to clients.
All of that supports(at least in my mind) that the price of a gallon of edencrete with twice the number of cnt(s) in the mix would approach twice the price. I agree the would be some discount associated with economies of scale but I still think the price will be closer to double, than to the original price.
