That's what I have assumed, that the low grade sulphate will be heap leached from which a copper in solution is harvested and fed into an electro-winning plant to produce copper cathode as BHP are doing at Escondida. The Albion process appears to require the a concentrate liquid to be fed into an leach reactor.
I guess we will have the answer when we read the PFS.
