It's not just DRE. LNR and VSR (raising capital now) all next door. If HAS can get the downstream customers and the operation up and running there will be enough feedstock in the area for a very long time. I do imagine HAS eventually snapping up the neighbours when the timing is right. But the question has never really been about the deposit.
