Does the appeal get published anywhere?
To submit an application to hold up a billion dollar project on literally the final day of it's several year EPA process, you would think the details of that appeal should be made public. Who submitted it I understand reasons why that can be kept private, but if we get to see the ERD document, we should get to see the objection to it..

Also not being a conspiracy theorist, just a general observation, I hope the appeals and appealers get some heavy scrunity also... I see real possibilities for share price manipulation if you are a holder or a shorter, to sell, knowing you are about to formally knock back the companies approvals by a few Months and have odds in favour that it might hit the share price..

Likely not what has happened here, but I would hope the EPA does check to ensure people are submitting appeals 'in good faith'.

And on another general note, the EPA process is out of control.
I hope some minister some day can actually reform it, but government have always been paid exceptionally good money to work 1 hour a day and stare out the window the other 7,,, and no one will let go of that privilege easily.
