I expect due process requirements would have meant any appeals in the time period prior to that closing date - March 5 - would have been held over until the appeals window closed so that appeals
Could be assembled and issues raised worked through together .
Hopefully they will fast track the process and dismiss the appeal or ‘fix it’ somehow before Graham presents in Singapore on March 26.
Financiers want certainty .
That would gives them just three weeks to deal with it and have the minister sign.
So finger crossed.
