They will need money but it's not immediate. Their drilling needs are so shallow compared to peers that whilst diamond is expensive, each hole of 100m to test what's beneath could cost $100k depending on contract
They are funded for their lab work, and the assays. The area is really high grade Scandium and might have enough rare earth in accessible clays to fund the mining. It's a bit of a basket case this one, but in the good, everything at the picnic sort of situation. Not the asylum one
If I were them, and I'm not, you how for great assays to come, bolster the price with that, then raise
They also have a great gold asset asking for more drill holes, again, shallow
