I'm not disagreeing that it is 'cheap' but volume in my opinion is very important... it has had about 400 million shares traded below current price just in the past 6 trading days... that's quite a bit of profit taking to take place...
To me it looks as though someone is trying to offload as much as they can above ten cents without causing it to retrace too much...
Breaking and holding above 10c is always a tough one... regardless of how cheap a stock is and how good the news is...
