There's a lot going on here.
A comprehensive summary of results, progress and activities. It could have easily been separated into two or three Announcements over the week, however, I assume with such a shallow resource and lean drilling program, AR3 can move faster than what is typical of other REE exploration programs, especially hard-rock resources.
As the Trial Pit test area is yielding significant intersections (9,244ppm TREO – that's world-class for any IAC hosted resource, I might add), bodes well for the entire resource and project economics. Including the assay results for Red Tail showing the continued extension of the resource to the North.
However, it’s the ~30% increase on density values of the push tube core material that really underscores the potential. And now that IHC Mining are engaged to update the JORC Inferred Resource, this additional data and information could
rapidly increase this project to world-class status before we can blink.I particularly like this part:
‘The consistent shallow nature of the deposit is beneficial in several ways. Shallow deposits allow for the type of low-cost exploration drilling that the Company has successfully performed. This in turn leads to swift understanding of the deposit, and rapid delineation of additional JORC compliant mineral resources. Eventually this will allow for shallow production with less ground disturbance. It will also be supportive of progressive rehabilitation after mining that will be beneficial to land holders.’
Add to the equation that, when it comes to a secure supply of critical minerals from a sovereign-trusted country, this quietly achieving Australian asset could out-pace many, particularly the hard-rock counterparts.
