    True Whiffo. Just watch 10 year US treasury notes there is a two year lag on rising interest rates and depressed commodity prices . So factor that in for future long term holding preferences. At the moment HIG is a buy but not forever. Cycles are cycles and one way of another we are somewhere in the cycle. Fact
