Nice and simple in theory. Problem is the last 3 placements that they've had, no investor has been able to make a profit whatsoever. The 5/3/18 was the best bet when they raised $1mill at 2cents when the share price was around 2.4c so there was some minor opportunity there. Unfortunately 3 months later it was 1.5cents and 6 months later 0.5cents. Difference this time is they're raising at current share price . It's all going to come down to success of drilling. Very few are willing to gamble on specs these days therefore very little premium being given to their marketcaps.
