    As I am not a corporate lawyer or even pretend to have much knowledge on the subject. this is why I suggest you seek clarification from BUX. The paragraph of concern is( and I quote) For a period of 5 years from the date of agreement each of BRAL and BUX commit to bring all copper projects it secures or generates in Arizona to INPL by right of refusal.( unquote)
