Wow! I thought @zubric was about to unearth some huge scandal like 'someone stole someone's wife and now he refuses to take her back' [that definitely would pose a curly problem]

Instead it is all about 'a right of first refusal' - which is commonplace in Australian Contractural Law. [that's not advice it is common knowledge]

What Is a Right of First Refusal (ROFR)? Right of first refusal (ROFR), also known as first right of refusal, is a contractual right to match or refuse to match an offer on an asset after other offers have been made.

It is not relevant unless or until other offers have been made, then it is simply disposed of by either matching or refusing to match, is IMO.

However if as zubric says he has confirmation from the Company that that term in the contract is a humbug, then I would like to see a legal interpretation - and the Company responding with some explanation.

Again IMO, BUX is in a great position owning Wolverine and adjacent tenements 100% and continuing its well planned progress to drilling out a discovery - which is just what I expect.
