I know a holder wo has a reasonable position in ENR and they have said that it is a very tight register and deliberately so. Actually made it sound like a deliberate strategy. Just my observations though so don't read too much or even anything into my musings.
I am very tempted to buy some ENR. I think a few shaky hands might have let go of some small holdings. Not a lot of this stock sells from day to day.
