Not really wanting to talk this down, but the fact is those numbers look like a waste dump should, nothing is commercial, or really, even close. Gallium values are maybe just over twice average crustal abundance, Rubidium is actually a very common element, and those grades are at best a tenth of something you might look at. Maybe some process exists to concentrate the rest of the basket, but not for only 3Mt. Was good to check it out for a possible win, but IMO kick it to the side and focus elsewhere.
