I wouldn't worry about the market reaction.
Looking at the grade it comes across as low, not enough to excite the market and would seem like it verges on uneconomical.
This is where they lean into Mineral resources - which they have alluded to in this announcement again.
This will be a very profitable little venture if all comes together
