The Directors would benefit if the share price were to fall evenfurther before the inevitable CR as it would cost them less money to maintaintheir percentage of the company.

More than 50% of the company Held by one group of people with 30% + being substantial holders or directors which can't buy our seller a share without it being announced to the market.
