I don't see why they will provide a follow up announcement. The assay results are the assay results, they've admitted the areas sampled aren't part of the 'spodumene-dominated target' they 'hope' is to the south.

I'm just trying to understand how the H909418 sample was estimated as 80% spod, has visible spod cystals in the sample, is only 0.16% Li. The other samples were all 0% or 3% estimated spod so they are not a suprise.

I've been caught out before with 'pegmatite' and not spod. But now it's either 80% spod samples can still be very poor grade or Cosmos geos need their glasses checked and the picture below has as much spod as the rocks in my garden. I'm only asking for my own learning so I can hopefully research announcements better in future - I don't recall much scepticism in this forum when the previous annoucement was released so I'm geniunely curious.
