TUBZ.. i dont have any data on it, but it would seem obvious that consolidations most commonly happen to companies who are not cashflow positive and continually issuing new shares... its the dilution not the consolidation that is the downward driving factor IMO. but i guess people associate the two together because of that commonality.. personally i see it as neutral on the SP for us and would much rather we do a few % buyback each year to both address the SOI gradually and to put pressure on the capping, creating upward momentum would attract more buyers to the stock purely on a technical basis. after all isnt that what all the meme stocks and cryptos are... momentum trades
