    On Page 8 of the big UN report. It concludes: The most significant conclusion arising from the publication is that Timor-Leste does have mineral potential and that some of that potential will almost certainly attract foreign mining companies. The most attractive potential of Timor-Leste is in base metals, mainly copper, and associated gold and silver. This potential is in the proven occurrence of the so-called Cyprus type volcanogenic massive sulfides related to ophiolite sequences. Chromite and vein-type gold represent other exploration targets in which the private sector will be interested.
