I don't see it that way khopchai. I think Gina getting a blocking stake and stopping others from trying to acquire the company, should be a good outcome. It would stop the board having to worry about a takeover, giving them free reign to do what they do best - proving up assets and getting these assets to market. Providing one keeps up with the inherent increasing value of the company and holds his/her nerve, her muppets driving the share price down would allow one to increase their share of a valuable (and increasing) asset at a cheaper price.
