even if she gets a blocking stake nothing to stop us doing a gas selling / treatment deal with bpt or others, sell a field or do a lot of other combinations to add value which she can’t stop. Also once she gets to 19.9% doesn’t she only have a couple options - a takeover, 3% creep every 12? Months or find a friend to also go to 19.9%?
