No way anyone will be willing to pay MIN 1.5bn for 50% of its energy business. Assuming Hancock's 2/GJ as that was the last transaction, the 1.5bn would imply 3bn EV for MIN energy business... or an implied 2P of 1500PJ or equivalent. Unless they have found a gigantic pool of light sweet crude, this number is fanciful at best IMO.
