Was just thinking the same thing.
But, recalling SN testimony to the gas inquiry, he said costs would be significantly lower in WA if they could pipe gas at the national standard (5%) rather than the WA standard 5%. He said this change would lower costs by 35%.
These results are both below 5%, so this implies huge costs saving for any future development.
